A Himalaya Land Treks’ representative will pick you up at Tribhuwan International Airport and drive you to the hotel. You will freshen up and then the tour guide will come and give a brief description of the trek. You can go shopping and prepare for the trek as well. If the time is enough, you can roam around the city. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Next day, you will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. You can either go by tourist bus or take private transport as per your need. You can also take a flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu which will be fast and you’ll get to visit some of the popular places in Pokhara like Davis Falls, Phewa Lake, Mahendra Cave, etc. You can visit Sarangkot in the evening to view the amazing sunset. After sunset, you can chill at the lakeside. You’ll have dinner and take rest. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Next day, your trekking day starts. Firstly, you’ll drive to Siwai on a private jeep. You’ll pass Nayapul and take right as you reach Birethanti and then stop at Siwai. You head towards Kimche and reach Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village. Then, you climb up for an hour up to Kimrong Danda. On the way, you get views of Annapurna South (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Gangapurna (7454m). Further, you descend on a steep trail and reach Kimrong River and reach Chhomrong.
After a warm breakfast, you start towards Bamboo. You descend from the 2500 stone steps and cross the bridge above Chhomrong River. The trek heads north along the Modi River for the entire duration. Then, you’ll ascend uphill towards Sinuwa. Next, you’ll pass through a forest to Khuldighar and then descend to Bamboo. Overnight stay in Bamboo.
From Bamboo, you trek through a bamboo forest then ascend gradually with a few steep sections. After some walking, you’ll get out of the forest and get a view of glacial rivers. Then, you’ll climb upwards through a drier forest and stop at Hinku cave. You can see the trail heading downwards to the river and then from the bottom you climb up to Deurali. Overnight stay in Deurali.
Finally, you’ll trek to Annapurna Base Camp on this day. You'll gently climb through a river bed and walk on a steep trail to the mountainside. You’ll cross Machhapuchhre Base camp and the trek up to this place is strenuous. From Machhapuchhre Base Camp, you get nice views of Machhapuchhre (6997m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna III (7555m), and many other mountains. The vegetation area is out of sight as you trek towards Annapurna Base camp. You get nice panoramic views of Annapurna I (8091m) along with numerous other Himalayas in the Annapurna range. Early morning after breakfast, you start your return journey from Annapurna Base Camp. The trek isn’t that difficult as you have to trek downhill. You will have a nice company of mountain views along the whole journey which will be a supportive aspect. Your first trek to Deurali and after lunch continue down to Bamboo. Overnight stay in Bamboo.
From Bamboo, you’ll head to Jhinu Danda. You start with an uphill trek to Kuldighar and then descend towards Chhomrong River. Then, you’ll climb the stone stairs to Chhomrong. Further, from Chhomrong leaving the path we came, you take the next path with a little descend to Jhinu Danda. You can enjoy the hot-spring which is a 15-minute downhill walk from Jhinu Danda. Overnight stay in Jhinu Danda.
From Jhinu Danda, you’ll trek to Siwai and see the nice landscape of the hills. You pass Kyumi village and reach Siwai. Then, after lunch, you’ll drive to Pokhara passing Birethanti and Nayapul. After reaching Pokhara, you’ll check in to a hotel and enjoy the evening at the lakeside. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Next day, you’ll drive to Chitwan after breakfast. You rest at Muglin and head to Narayanghat along the Trishuli river. After you reach Narayanghat, you’ll take left and enter Sauraha, Chitwan National Park. You’ll check in to a hotel and explore the local village of Tharu people. You can also watch the Tharu cultural dance and listen to their traditional music and songs. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Early morning, you’ll take your breakfast and then go on a short walk to elephant breeding center. Then, you'll take an elephant safari that takes around one and a half hours. After lunch, you’ll go on a jeep safari in the deep forest of Chitwan National Park. You drive into the jungle for about 5 hours and can even witness one-horned rhinoceros, Asiatic elephant, and Mugger Crocodile that have been preserved in the national park. You return to your hotel after the safari and then prepare for your return. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Last day of the trek, you’ll return to Kathmandu via tourist bus, private transport or flight. If you get enough time after you reach Kathmandu, you can go sightseeing around the capital city with a local guide. You can visit the heritage sites that are in the Kathmandu valley. In the evening, you’ll have a farewell dinner hosted by the Himalaya Land Treks. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
