We booked this trip last minute as Nepal had just lifted its lockdown. Ram was super-fast to respond even though there was a 10hr time difference. He answered all our questions and provided us with a comprehensive itinerary. When we arrived in Kathmandu Ram greeted us at the hectic airport with a sign and a smile. He set us up in a nice hotel and took us out for a introduction dinner. Ram went over the itinerary, checked to make sure we packed everything and took us to an affordable place to buy something we had forgotten. During the Trek Ram took care of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. He was calm, caring and easy to speak with. During our Trek we were also accompanied by our Sherpa Devi, who was friendly and super knowledgeable. Both Ram and Devi checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Trekking isn’t always easy, but having the right people with you can make all the difference. Ram and Devi put our needs ahead of everything else and made us feel as comfortable as one can be during a trek like Everest Base camp. I would recommend Himalaya Land Trek to anyone who is considering EBC. If you are considering a tour you would contact HLT yourself as they are very flexible and have a ton of options!
